Prohibited and Restricted Items and use of Service and Activities Statement

JobTask UK LTD or JobTask or CANDSLimited or Cups and Spoons – is committed to providing safe, lawful, and respectful services to all customers and maintaining a professional, inclusive, and compliant workplace for our employees. To ensure the safety of everyone involved, including customers, employees, partners, and the wider community, certain activities, behaviours, and items are strictly prohibited or restricted when using our services or while on our premises (including during service delivery, events, or interactions with our team).

This statement applies to all customers, guests, visitors, contractors, neighbours and employees of JobTask UK LTD.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service, removal from premises, refusal of future bookings, reporting to authorities, and/or legal action:

  1. Illegal Activities
    Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws in the jurisdiction where the service is provided, including but not limited to drug possession/use, human trafficking, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal offence.
  2. Discrimination, Harassment, and Abuse
    Any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic. This includes verbal, physical, or online behaviour.
  3. Violence and Threats
    Any act or threat of violence, aggression, or behaviour that endangers the safety of customers, employees, or others.
  4. Sexual Misconduct
    Any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate advances, solicitation, or non-consensual behaviour.
  5. Damage to Property
    Intentional damage, vandalism, or misuse of company property, vehicles, equipment, third-party venues or – anything that stops us or interferes or disrupts or causes us inconvenience as a company.
  6. Unauthorised Recording or Photography
    Recording (audio or video or picture or image) or photographing employees, other customers, or service activities without explicit consent from all parties involved. This is particularly important when services involve customers whether be it, they are celebrities or public figures.
  7. Breach of Confidentiality
    Disclosing confidential information about other customers (including celebrities or public figures), employees, or company operations without authorisation.
  8. Use of Prohibited Substances
    Possession or use of illegal drugs or substances. Excessive alcohol consumption that impairs behaviour or safety is also prohibited.
  9. Weapons and Dangerous Items
    Bringing firearms, knives, explosives, or any items classified as weapons (unless required by law and pre-approved, which you will need to provide a license for and a certified and authenticated document of approval.) Customers should always keep dangerous, sharp and harmful items away, – even prescription medicines safely packed up and stored correctly, – so we can offer a more efficient service and reduce risk of danger and injury.
  10. Trademark or Intellectual Property Infringement
    Unauthorised use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material belonging to JobTask UK LTD or third parties.


Restricted Activities

Certain activities may be permitted only with prior written approval from JobTask UK LTD:

  1. Commercial Photography or Filming
    Professional photography, videography, or media production during service or appointment even unsolicited or unwanted or unasked for – requires advance approval and may incur additional fees.
  2. Bringing Additional Guests
    Adding guests not included in the original booking must be pre-approved.
  3. Special Requests Involving Media
    Any request to publish or share media content featuring our services (especially involving celebrities) must be reviewed and approved in writing. Even our regular normal everyday customers.


Employee-Specific Obligations

In addition to the above, employees and workers must:

  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements, especially regarding high-profile customers.
  • Report any prohibited or concerning behaviour immediately to management.
  • Refrain from accepting gifts, tips, or favours that could create conflicts of interest. Although customers are more than welcome to tip our drivers or workers or employees should they be happy with the service provided. Tips can be given as cash to the driver(s) or employees or workers. or – bank transfer to JobTask UK LTD. The company policy is to share tips evenly amongst the persons who carried out the job or task.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and data protection policies at all times.


Consequences of Violations

Violations of this statement may lead to:

  • Immediate termination of employment
  • Cancellation of booking
  • Permanent ban from future bookings or employment
  • Reporting to relevant authorities
  • Civil or criminal proceedings where applicable


We reserve the right to cancel a service booked or terminate employment without notice if this policy is breached
or any misconduct is made or any violations of contract or agreement.

If you witness or experience any prohibited or restricted activity, please report it immediately and confidentially to:
