Company Gender Pay Gap Statement

Updated – 02 January 2026
At JobTask UK LTD & CANDSLimited, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace where all employees can thrive regardless of gender. As required by UK gender pay gap reporting regulations for employers we publish gender pay gap data based on the snapshot date of since company establishment. This statement reflects our ongoing efforts to promote fairness in pay, roles, and opportunities, aligned with the latest guidance from the

Government Equalities Office as of – 02 January 2026. We note recent proposals in 2025 to expand reporting to include ethnicity and disability pay gaps, as well as extending gender pay gap mandates to Northern Ireland, and we are preparing to comply with any forthcoming changes.

Our Gender Pay Gap Data

We have no evidence of unequal pay for equal work and conduct regular equal pay audits to ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010.

Activities Allowable for Female and Male Employees

In line with our equality policy and UK employment law, all job-related activities are open to both female and male employees without restriction based on gender. This includes physical tasks (e.g., lifting equipment where health and safety training is provided), client-facing interactions, travel, remote work, and participation in training programs. We provide reasonable adjustments for all employees and workers, such as flexible arrangements for parental leave or health needs, ensuring no gender-based limitations.

Discrimination in activity assignment is strictly prohibited, and we encourage cross-training to build diverse skill sets.

Standard Working Hours

Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week – although due to our nature of work, by mostly working with self employed individuals – our working hours, often vary. Our typically working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexible working options, including part-time, compressed hours, or hybrid remote setups, are available to all employees upon request and subject to business needs. These arrangements comply with the Working Time Regulations 1998 and are offered equally to support work-life balance for everyone, regardless of gender or family status.

Female Roles and Male Roles

We do not assign roles based on gender; all positions are filled based on skills, experience, and merit. However, to promote transparency and address representation in our pay quartiles, we highlight common roles and current gender distribution as part of our diversity strategy:
  • Roles commonly held by women (based on current workforce data): Administrative support (65% women), human resources specialists (70% women), marketing coordinators (60% women), and customer service representatives (55% women). These roles often fall in lower to middle pay bands, and we are actively recruiting more men into these areas to balance representation.
    • Jobs where not too much physical activities and manual labour are carried out, although it is very common to find some females on manual work jobs at times even with some other employers.
  • Roles commonly held by men (based on current workforce data): Engineering and technical specialists (65% men), IT developers (70% men), senior management (60% men), and sales executives (55% men). These tend to be higher-paid positions, and we prioritize initiatives like mentorship programs and targeted hiring to increase female participation.
    • Jobs where a lot of manual labour is required. Our goal is to eliminate gender imbalances in roles through unconscious bias training, inclusive job descriptions, and partnerships with organizations or companies who share different values, beliefs and ethics as ours.
  • Offering equal access to professional development and bonuses.
  • Monitoring pay equity annually and adjusting as needed.
  • Supporting family-friendly policies, such as enhanced paternity leave, to encourage shared caregiving responsibilities.
